  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl, add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead into a smooth, soft dough.
  3. Knead in the chopped olives and rosemary until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, until doubled.
  5. Press the dough out onto an oiled baking tray, dimpling the surface with fingertips.
  6. Drizzle with extra olive oil and a little sea salt.
  7. Bake at 210°C (410°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
