FAQs
Q: Why does my boule turn out grainy?
A: This usually happens when the flour isn't stirred in gradually enough, or the heat is too high. Lower the heat and stir patiently.
Q: Can boule be made in advance?
A: It is best made fresh just before serving, as it firms up and loses its ideal texture once cooled.
