Ingredients
- - 700 g (1.5 lb) goat meat, cut into small cubes
- - 3 garlic cloves, minced

- - 1 tsp paprika
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1 tbsp lime juice
Method
- In a bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, oil, chilli powder, paprika, salt and lime juice into a marinade.
- Add the goat meat cubes and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavour.
- Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
- Grill over hot charcoal or a grill pan for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently, until well charred and cooked through.
- Serve hot, straight off the grill, as a street snack or with a side of grilled onions.
