Ingredients

- - 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- - 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Method
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fully tender, about 15-18 minutes, then drain.
- Mash the potatoes thoroughly while still warm using a potato masher.
- Add the mustard oil, onion, green chillies, coriander and salt.
- Mix well by hand or with a spoon until everything is evenly combined and slightly fluffy.
- Serve warm alongside rice and dal.
