Bordeaux

Blended reds (mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot) from the Left Bank (Médoc, Graves — Cabernet-dominant, structured, age-worthy) and Right Bank (Saint-Émilion, Pomerol — Merlot-dominant, softer, plusher). Also produces dry and sweet whites (Sauternes, made with botrytis-affected grapes).
