The giant American school bus is impossible to walk past without wanting to know what's going on, and the food matches the fun setting. The MakeMuffin was glorious - salty, crispy, buttery and ridiculously filling, with black pudding giving the sausage patty a lovely richness and pepper relish adding sweetness and acidity. A fun Irish-American hybrid that's memorable before the first bite.
