The Exploding Bakery Cafe

The Exploding Bakery is exactly the sort of cafe where I could accidentally spend an entire afternoon, with a relaxed, creative atmosphere and the smell of freshly baked bread basically impossible to resist. The sausage roll was excellent, the toastie was simple but really satisfying, and the cake was absolutely necessary despite everything that came before it. Proper independent baking rather than reheated mass-produced cafe food.
