Taco-Macho is refreshingly unpretentious - a Mexican pop-up rather than a big polished restaurant, and that adds to the experience. The tacos were fantastic, and the burrito box was huge and incredibly satisfying, tasting like proper Mexican comfort food rather than generic Tex-Mex. Run by a Mexican chef and one of the places on this list where the street-food identity feels particularly strong.
