Pretend takes comfort food people already love and makes it completely plant-based, with a casual takeaway-geared shop on Blessington Street. The vegan fish and chips gave the same comforting takeaway quality as the real thing, with a crispy coating and savoury filling alongside good chips. A clever idea because it doesn't ask anyone to give up the food they love, just changes what it's made from.
