Chaiiwala

Chaiiwala is one of those places you can walk into at basically any time of day and find something tempting, with a lively South Asian cafe feel and the smell of chai and fried food impossible to ignore. The karak chai was strong, creamy, sweet and heavily spiced, the masala chips were dangerously addictive, and the vada pav was probably my favourite item on the table - Mumbai in origin, alongside karak chai's South Asian tea-culture roots that have become hugely popular across Britain.
