That brilliant Chinatown energy — colourful, busy, and the menu is huge enough that choosing becomes a genuine problem. The dan dan noodles were the highlight: nutty, spicy and savoury with a slightly numbing Sichuan pepper kick. Dumplings were juicy, wontons had a lovely chilli hit, and the bao balanced out the spicier dishes nicely.
