Restaurant Review
Tampopo Corn Exchange Manchester
A relaxed, generous Pan-Asian spot in the Corn Exchange with something for everyone.
01 The Arrival
Exactly the sort of restaurant that's great to visit with friends because there's so much choice — the Corn Exchange location is atmospheric too, so it feels like an outing rather than just grabbing dinner.
02 The Food
Shared spring rolls and a couple of small plates, then a mixture of Thai and Vietnamese-inspired dishes with noodles and rice on the side. Everything was fresh and full of flavour, with real variety — something spicy, something fresh and something comforting all in the same meal. The noodles were a favourite.
03 The Experience
Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when deciding what to order from such a big menu. Relaxed, lively and modern — particularly good for groups.
04 Was It Worth It?
Really good — generous portions, and sharing several dishes makes it even better value.
05 The Verdict
Huge choice, delicious food, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, good portions. The menu is so extensive that choosing what to order can take a while.
