Ryleigh’s Rooftop Steakhouse

01 The Arrival

Being up on the sixth floor with huge windows overlooking Dublin makes Ryleigh's feel glamorous, while the leather booths and open grill keep it from feeling too formal. The rooftop terrace would be gorgeous on a sunny evening.

02 The Food

Sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce and fries, plus shared garlic bread and truffle mac and cheese. The steak was beautifully charred outside and tender in the middle, with a rich peppercorn sauce that didn't overpower the meat. The truffle mac and cheese was ridiculously comforting.

03 The Experience

Service was attentive and polished without being stiff, and staff seemed genuinely happy to recommend dishes. The combination of views, marble, leather booths and open kitchen gives the whole place a special-occasion feel.

04 Was It Worth It?

Definitely expensive once wine and sides are added, but the setting and quality make it feel like a proper treat.

05 The Verdict

Incredible views, excellent steak, a gorgeous interior and a lovely terrace, though it's on the pricey side. Perfect for a birthday, date night or any occasion that calls for a bit of wow factor.
