Restaurant Review
Chesterfield Arms
A cozy pint and a comforting roast in the heart of Mayfair — an absolute gem.
01 The Arrival
Tucked into gorgeous Mayfair, this traditional British pub looks stunning from outside and gives you an instant wave of cozy comfort the second you step in, complete with a proper pub vibe and a fab beer garden.
02 The Food
Went for classic pub sandwiches and a stellar traditional Sunday roast with all the trimmings, washed down with pints of Timothy Taylor's Landlord. The roast beef was tender with brilliant gravy and the seasonal sides made it feel like a proper home-cooked Sunday treat.
03 The Experience
Staff are absolute dears — super attentive, speedy and welcoming even when the pub gets nicely packed with locals and visitors. Lively, traditional and full of social energy, whether you're in the garden or catching sports on the big screen.
04 Was It Worth It?
Mayfair can be pricey, but for central London portions and top-tier pub grub quality, it's completely fair.
05 The Verdict
Stunning Mayfair location, a proper traditional pub garden and incredible roasts — the only real downside is it can get busy during peak weekend sports slots. Anyone wanting a quintessential London pub experience with brilliant food will love it here.
