Ingredients

  • Vodka — 45 ml (1 1/2 oz)
  • Fresh lemon juice — 22.5 ml (3/4 oz)
  • Simple syrup — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
  • Soda water, to top — 60 ml (2 oz)

Method

  1. Shake the vodka, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
  3. Top with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
