Ingredients
- 40g porridge oats
- 1 ripe banana
- 200ml whole milk or oat milk
- 1 tbsp raw heather honey
- 1 tbsp malt extract syrup (or 50ml non-alcoholic Guinness reduced down)
Method
- Place the porridge oats into a high-speed blender and pulse until they are finely ground.
- Add the ripe banana, milk, honey, and malt extract syrup to the blender.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until completely silky smooth, creamy, and uniform.
- Pour into a chilled glass, dusting with a tiny pinch of dry oats or cinnamon if desired.
