Ingredients
- 50ml aged Irish whiskey
- Premium fiery ginger beer (to top up)
- 1 wedge of fresh lime
- Ice cubes
Method
- Pack a highball glass or copper mug entirely with fresh ice cubes.
- Pour the Irish whiskey directly over the ice.
- Top up slowly with the premium ginger beer.
- Squeeze the juice of the fresh lime wedge into the glass, drop the wedge inside, and stir once from the bottom.
