Ingredients
- 50ml smooth Irish whiskey
- 25ml apple schnapps or sour apple liqueur
- Sparkling dry Irish cider (to top up)
- Fresh green apple slices and ice cubes
Method
- Fill a tall highball glass completely with ice cubes.
- Pour the Irish whiskey and apple schnapps directly over the ice.
- Top up the glass gently with cold sparkling dry Irish cider.
- Stir once with a long spoon and garnish with a fan of fresh green apple slices.
