Ingredients

  • 50ml smooth Irish whiskey
  • 25ml apple schnapps or sour apple liqueur
  • Sparkling dry Irish cider (to top up)
  • Fresh green apple slices and ice cubes

Method

  1. Fill a tall highball glass completely with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Irish whiskey and apple schnapps directly over the ice.
  3. Top up the glass gently with cold sparkling dry Irish cider.
  4. Stir once with a long spoon and garnish with a fan of fresh green apple slices.
