Ingredients
- - 2 oz blanco tequila
- - 4 oz orange juice
- - 1/2 oz grenadine
Method
- Fill glass with ice and add tequila and orange juice.
- Slowly pour grenadine over the back of a spoon so it sinks and layers at the bottom.
Description: A layered, colorful build of tequila, orange juice, and grenadine.
Garnish: Orange slice and cocktail cherry
Note: Popularized internationally in the 1970s, notably associated with the Rolling Stones' 1972 tour.
