Ingredients
- - 300g taro leaves, washed and roughly chopped
- - 1 x 340g tin corned beef, crumbled
- - 1 onion, sliced
- - 750ml (3 cups) water
- - 200ml (3/4 cup) coconut cream
- - Salt, to taste
Method
- Bring the water to the boil in a large pot and add the onion.
- Add the taro leaves and simmer for 25 minutes until very tender.
- Stir in the crumbled corned beef and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the coconut cream.
