Ingredients
- Sesame seeds — 200 g (7.1 oz)
- Honey — 150 g (5.3 oz)
- Olive oil — 1 tbsp

Method
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant and lightly golden.
- In a separate small pan, warm the honey with the olive oil and salt until it becomes fluid.
- Stir the toasted sesame seeds into the honey and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture onto an oiled tray or slab and spread to an even thickness.
- While still warm, cut into small bars or diamonds with an oiled knife.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
