Ingredients
- White rum — 45 ml (1 1/2 oz)
- Fresh lemon juice — 22.5 ml (3/4 oz)
- Simple syrup — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
- Soda water, to top — 60 ml (2 oz)
Method
- Shake the rum, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
