Ingredients
- 4 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1.5 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
Method
- In your favorite microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder using a fork.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and Baileys directly into the mug, stirring thoroughly until a smooth chocolate batter forms. Ensure you scrape the bottom corners of the mug.
- Microwave on high for 50-60 seconds (based on an 800W microwave). The center should still look slightly damp and molten.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before eating directly from the mug with a spoon.
