Method

- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again for 30–45 seconds until frothy and well chilled.
- If a smoother texture is preferred, strain through a fine strainer to remove any peanut solids.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more condensed milk if desired.
- Pour into tall glasses and dust the top with a little extra grated nutmeg.
