- - 2 oz blanco tequila
- - Grapefruit soda, to top
- - Pinch of salt
- - Squeeze of lime
Method
- Fill glass with ice and add tequila and a squeeze of lime.
- Top with grapefruit soda and a pinch of salt.
- Stir gently.
Description: Tequila and grapefruit soda over ice — Mexico's most popular tequila cocktail by far.

Note: Simpler and more widely drunk in Mexico than the Margarita, despite being far less famous internationally.
