Ingredients
- Dark rum — 60 ml (2 oz)
- Pineapple juice — 120 ml (4 oz)
- Fresh orange juice — 30 ml (1 oz)
- Cream of coconut — 30 ml (1 oz)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain over fresh ice.
- Grate fresh nutmeg over the top and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
