Ingredients
- 250 g (9 oz) Puff pastry or day-old croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 liter (4 cups) Whole milk
- 200 ml (3/4 cup) Heavy cream
- 100 g (1/2 cup) Sugar
- 80 g (3/4 cup) Mixed nuts (pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts), chopped
- 50 g (1/3 cup) Raisins
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

- Warm the milk, cream and sugar together in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves; do not boil.

- Top with the remaining nuts, raisins and a dusting of cinnamon.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbling, then serve warm.
