Ingredients
- White rum — 45 ml (1 1/2 oz)
- Peach liqueur — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
- Fresh mint leaves — 10-12
- Fresh pineapple chunks — 45 g (1/4 cup)
- Fresh lime juice — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
- Honey syrup — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender with 1 cup of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass or tiki mug.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
Description: A blended, minty, tropical tiki classic combining fresh mint and pineapple with rum and peach liqueur.
