Ingredients
- - 2.5 oz bourbon
- - 1/4 oz simple syrup
- - 8-10 fresh mint leaves
Method
- Gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in the cup.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice.
- Pour in the bourbon and stir until the cup frosts.
Description: Crushed ice, bourbon, and fresh mint — a Southern classic and the official drink of the Kentucky Derby.
