Description: A short, smoky, frothy mezcal sour topped with soda, following the same structure as a classic Gin Fizz.

Cultural Background: A modern craft-cocktail adaptation applying the classic Fizz format to mezcal as the spirit's popularity grew through the 2010s and 2020s.

Tips: Shake hard and long to build real froth before straining.

Variations: Add an egg white for a silkier, foamier texture.

Serving Suggestion: Serve immediately after building — the fizz fades fast.
