Ingredients
- Ripe mango, peeled and chopped: 300 g (1.5 cups)
- Plain yogurt: 250 g (1 cup)
- Milk: 100 ml (0.4 cup)
- Sugar or honey: 20 g (1.5 tbsp)
- Ground cardamom: 1 g (0.25 tsp)
- Ice cubes: 4-5 (4-5)
Method
- Combine mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again briefly until frothy and chilled.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
