  • - 50 g (3 1/2 tbsp) butter, softened

  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - Chives, finely chopped, for garnish

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth.
  2. Add the quark and mix until fully combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the paprika, mustard, capers, onion, caraway seeds and salt, mixing until evenly distributed.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours develop.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives before serving alongside rye bread.
