- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Small chili, thinly sliced
Method
- Combine the carrots, cabbage, and green mango in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and sugar in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well.
- Add the sliced chili and toss again.
- Let sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
