Ingredients
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) date molasses
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) grape molasses
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) rose water
- 1 L (4 cups) cold water
- 30 g (1/4 cup) pine nuts
- 30 g (1/4 cup) raisins
- Ice cubes, for serving
Method
- Combine date molasses, grape molasses and rose water in a pitcher.
- Stir in cold water gradually until well blended and the syrup dissolves evenly.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more molasses if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses, topped with pine nuts and raisins.
