Ingredients
- 2 green tea bags
- 500ml hot water (not boiling, approx 80°C)
- 150ml Gunpowder Irish Gin
- 50ml fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp simple syrup or honey water
- Fresh mint and grapefruit wheels
Method
- Steep the green tea bags in the hot water for 3 minutes, then remove the bags and let the tea cool completely.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled green tea, Gunpowder Irish Gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Stir well and fill the pitcher with ice cubes.
- Pour into individual glasses garnished with fresh mint sprigs and thin wheels of pink grapefruit.
