- 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (354 ml) evaporated milk
- 250 ml (1 cup) white rum
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 star anise pod
Method
- Combine the coconut milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, rum, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and star anise in a blender.
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and well combined.
- Strain through a fine sieve into a clean glass bottle to remove any spice particles.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to let the flavours meld.
