Ingredients
- 1 can (440ml) Guinness stout (chilled)
- 2 large scoops of premium vanilla bean ice cream
- Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)
Method
- Drizzle the inside walls of a large beer mug or pint glass with chocolate syrup if using.
- Carefully drop the two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream into the bottom of the glass.
- Slowly pour the cold Guinness over the ice cream. It will create an incredibly thick, frothy, creamy head instantly.
- Serve immediately with a long spoon and a wide straw.
An adult twist on an ice cream parlour classic. The natural coffee, chocolate, and roasted notes of stout beer make it an extraordinary pairing with luxurious vanilla bean ice cream.
