Ingredients

  • 25ml elderflower cordial
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • Premium tonic water (to top up)
  • Fresh rosemary sprig and lime wheels
  • Optional: Clean yellow gorse flower petals for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a large wine or balloon glass generously with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the elderflower cordial and fresh lime juice directly over the ice.
  3. Top up the glass with cold premium tonic water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary (slap it first to release aromatic oils) and a scatter of bright yellow gorse petals.
