Ingredients
- 25ml elderflower cordial
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Premium tonic water (to top up)
- Fresh rosemary sprig and lime wheels
- Optional: Clean yellow gorse flower petals for garnish
Method
- Fill a large wine or balloon glass generously with ice cubes.
- Pour the elderflower cordial and fresh lime juice directly over the ice.
- Top up the glass with cold premium tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary (slap it first to release aromatic oils) and a scatter of bright yellow gorse petals.
