Ingredients

  • Gin — 45 ml (1 1/2 oz)
  • Fresh lemon juice — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
  • Raspberry syrup — 15 ml (1/2 oz)
  • Egg white — 1
  • Fresh mint leaf, for garnish — 1

Method

  1. Dry-shake all ingredients (except the garnish mint leaf) without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake hard again.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Float a fresh mint leaf on the foam.
