Ingredients
- - 45 ml (1.5 oz) dark rum
- - 30 ml (1 oz) coconut rum
- - 90 ml (3 oz) pineapple juice
- - 30 ml (1 oz) orange juice
- - 15 ml (0.5 oz) grenadine
- - 1 tbsp lime juice
- - Ice, for serving
- - Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, to garnish
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add dark rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and lime juice.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Fill a highball glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail over it.
