Ingredients
- - 2 oz amaretto
- - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- - 1/4 oz simple syrup
- - 1 egg white (optional)
Method
- If using egg white, dry-shake all ingredients first.
- Add ice and shake hard.
- Strain over fresh ice.
Description: A nutty, approachable sour built on almond-flavored amaretto liqueur.
