- - 1 oz sweet vermouth
- - Soda water, to top
Method
- Fill glass with ice and add Campari and vermouth.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
Description: The lighter, lower-proof ancestor of the Negroni: Campari, sweet vermouth, and soda.
Garnish: Orange slice
Note: Predates the Negroni, which is essentially this drink with gin added in place of the soda.
