- - 1 oz cognac
- - 1 oz white rum
- - 1 oz orange liqueur
- - 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Method
- Shake all ingredients hard with ice.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
Description: A boozy Prohibition-era cousin of the Sidecar, adding white rum to the mix.

Note: The suggestive name is very much in keeping with its Prohibition-era, speakeasy origins.
