Ingredients
- - 2 oz gin
- - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- - 3/4 oz simple syrup
- - Soda water, to top
Method
- Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup hard with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with soda water.
Description: A bright, bubbly relative of the Collins, shaken and topped with soda.
