Ingredients
- - 2 oz bourbon
- - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- - 3/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
Method
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard 15 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice.
Description: A modern classic: bourbon, lemon, and honey, essentially a whiskey sour with honey in place of sugar.
