Ingredients
- - 600 g (1.3 lb) white cabbage, finely shredded
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 2 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
- - 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- - 1 tsp sugar

Method
- Shred the cabbage very finely and place in a large bowl.
