- - 1 small onion, very finely diced
- - 1 tsp caraway seeds
- - 1/2 tsp salt
- - Chives, finely chopped, for garnish
Method
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth.
- Add the quark and mix until fully combined and creamy.
- Stir in the paprika, mustard, capers, onion, caraway seeds and salt, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours develop.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving alongside rye bread.
