Ingredients

  • 50ml aged Irish whiskey
  • Premium fiery ginger beer (to top up)
  • 1 wedge of fresh lime
  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Pack a highball glass or copper mug entirely with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Irish whiskey directly over the ice.
  3. Top up slowly with the premium ginger beer.
  4. Squeeze the juice of the fresh lime wedge into the glass, drop the wedge inside, and stir once from the bottom.

A rapid, spicy, and high-traffic highball. The natural vanilla notes of oak-aged Irish whiskey pair beautifully with high-quality ginger beer and sharp fresh lime.
