Ingredients

  • 35ml Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
  • 35ml Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  • 50ml milk or single cream (optional, for a lighter sip)
  • Ice cubes, grated nutmeg

Method

  1. Fill a rocks glass or short tumbler with clean ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Baileys and Frangelico directly over the ice.
  3. If desired, add the milk or single cream to thin the sweetness slightly.
  4. Stir gently with a spoon for 10 seconds and serve dusted with a grating of fresh whole nutmeg.
