Ingredients
- 50ml blended Irish whiskey
- 25ml sweet red vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Brandied cherry (for garnish)
Method
- Combine the Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth, orange bitters, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir smoothly with a bar spoon for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is ice cold and diluted perfectly.
- Strain into a chilled martini or Nick & Nora glass.
- Garnish with a single brandied cherry dropped into the bottom of the glass.
